Papa T has been working in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, starting with his first job as a waiter and then owning his own restaurant in Salt Lake for 15 years.

Now, he’s starting Papa T’s Artisan Sandwiches—taking catered box lunches to the next level. He’s passionate about using only the best and freshest ingredients for his sandwiches, finger foods, bruschetta, and more.
